Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs. Take and distribute accurate messages.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organizations location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
Prepare invoices, packing lists and certificate of origin documents as directed.
