-Answer incoming calls and respond to customers email.

-Manage and resolve customers complains.

-Provide products and service information to customers.

-Process order for customers.

-Follow up customer calls where necessary.

-Complete call. Logs and report.

-Other duties will be assigned as per company\'s policy.
