Job Responsibilities

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Maintains security and telecommunications system.

Informs visitors by answering or Referring inquiries and Referring Emails.

Create Quotations and Request for Quotations inquiries.

Contacting various suppliers to inquire about various products.

Maintain the company documents (In and Out Letters, correspondence).

Take minutes of meeting in key meetings and get these reviewed by the PM before submitting them to the attendees.

Manage all commercial and technical documents for the project.

Perform all clerical works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax correspondence, and other works being assigned from time to time.

Maintain update on the database and also manual filings.

Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills.

Conduct new employee orientations
