Job Description

Answer and assist incoming phone calls

Photocopy, collate, and fax documents

Daily checking of emails and portals

Checking and forwarding LPOs to the operations.

Preparing daily delivery list schedule

Dealing with email enquiries

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Help organize office activities.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational and time management skills.

Can work under pressure

Flexible

Computer proficiency

Strong email communication skills

Bachelors Degree (Required)
