Job responsibility
Human Resources database maintenance both in excel sheet and Human Resources system.
Maintenance of files, documents and data
Handing vacation/ leaves settlements and Cancellation settlements and releasing docs according.
Assist Human Resources with recruiting and on- and offboarding-related duties.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently
experience:
Human Resources and administrative assistant: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
