Urgent Hiring Human Resources Co Coordinator

A company in Dubai is looking for Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

Partners with leadership to communicate and implement Human Resources programs that support the business goals and drive results.

Effectively executing Human Resources processes including performance management, salary planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and retention, employee relations and development, local employee related processes required within JAFZA.

Partners with centers of excellence

Manages employee resource utilization across assigned Human Resources activities and client group.

Assists with investigations related to human resource compliance and ethics issues, prepares documentation, and makes appropriate recommendations based on investigation findings.

Provides timely, high quality and impactful employee communications to educate, motivate and engage employees.

Assesses a range of issues and employs critical thinking skills to focus on and deploy creative and fiscally responsible solutions to manage costs.

Initiates and champions continuous improvement/lean initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management.

Addresses Human Resources -related inquiries from all levels of employees.

Coaches managers and employees

Participates in succession planning

Supports diversity, recruiting and retention strategy efforts and programs, as needed.

Arranging employees insurance and companies vehicles.

Registration of companies vehicles prior expiry.

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Working knowledge of UAE Labor Law

experience with an Human Resources Software System.

2-3 Years of relevant experience working in the Human Resources function with demonstrable skills in a variety of Human Resources disciplines such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations.

Fluent in English; Arabic Speaker is a must.

Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.

Demonstrable organizational skills and project management skills.

Customer oriented with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

experience navigating JAFZA regulations, or similar within a Free Zone environment, Mainland.

experience with Workday Human Resources System.

With knowledge of arranging renewal of companies vehicles and cranes.

Masters degree

CIPD qualification or equivalent

experience of interpretation and application of UAE labor law.

Creative troubleshooting skills

Excellent judgment and professional maturity.

Salary Range: 7000 AED and depending on job experience.
