Possess a Diploma or Degree in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related course.

The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a similar position, candidates with experience in a maintenance or cleaning company are preferred Good communication and people skills Ideal candidates must have basic computer application knowledge Excellent organizing and planning abilities Should be able to conduct clerical duties such as drafting emails, preparing quotations, preparing correspondence etc Should be able to work with or without supervision.
Only Philippines female candidates are required.
