The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance appraisal and employee counseling.
* Manage organisations compliance with host country laws and regulations.
* Facilitate new employee recruitment with programme personnel.
* Facilitate conflict management and performance management with supervisory staff.
* Develop and maintain employee communication systems and materials.
Establish, implement and maintain Human Resources /employee management policies and procedures.
* Develop, implement and coordinate employee orientation and ongoing education/ training to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
* Maintain list of all ACCL staff in host country- accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
* Liaise with subcontracted employment agencies for all staff related issues which includes:
* Source and facilitate selection of new staff.
* Check staff credentials
* Obtain required documentation for all staff.
* Disciplinary issues and follow-up
* Coordinate payroll
* Staff terminations and replacements.
* Travel and hotel accommodations
Required Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Good oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
