Female Secretary Cum Office Admin Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a well-versed and smart Secretary cum Office Admin to perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the office and staff accordingly.

*Preferably Filipino

Duties:

* Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.

* Attend phone calls, keep track of emails.

* Performs tasks such as recordkeeping, filling, maintaining office supplies and office cleanliness, handling and preparing packages and correspondence.

* Efficient in Monitoring and Inventory

* Responds and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

* Detail-oriented and professional.

* Good communication skills.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Basic editing skills

* Ability to work independently and reliably.

* Can work under pressure

Education and experience:

Bachelors Degree

1-2 Years of experience in a related role.
