An established law firm in Dubai is looking for a Junior Associate with at least 2 years working experience in Corporate and Commercial Laws, to wit:
Draft, review and amend legal notice, legal opinion, and various contracts such as merchant agreement, employment contract, SPA, POA, letter of engagements, etc.
Assist in incorporating companies in different jurisdictions, i.e. DMCC, JAFZA and DED, by preparing the required documents and submitting it to the concerned authorities.
Handle legal due diligence audits for corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Assist in restructure, liquidation and amendment of companies in different jurisdictions in UAE.
Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Do research and write briefs on laws, decrees, and court judgements.
Perform other duties assigned or required from time to time.
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluent in oral and written communications in English and Arabic.
