Sales Associate job description:

Maintain Knowledge on fashion trend.

Greet and welcome customers into store in professional manner.

Provide customers with memorable shopping experience.

Help customers with choosing dresses and provide color samples to match the desired requirements.

Take accurate measurements of customers using measuring tape.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store at all times.

Inputing all daily sales in POS system

Provide day to day sales report.

Insuring availability of all materials of each order such as fabric, materials etc.

Follow up on orders from day of receiving order until.

Delivery.

Coordinate with production team in insuring delivery dates are met.

Quality check all orders before dispatch to insure no damage and sizes are met.

Manage both online and in store clients.

Must reach the set out sales target at the time of each month.
