Telesales Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Out call customers to generate leads for Interior and contracting works.

Documenting all calls and new contact information (name, mobile, email) in an excel sheet and share it with Excel team.

Efficient managing customers with follow up on renewals and produce positive results against weekly / monthly KPIs.

Share customers feedback / comments related to services, why they do not like to renew.

Provides answers to clients by identifying problems and guiding them through corrective steps.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Minimum one years experience as a Contact Centre- Preferably Telesales.

Self-Driven and Proactive.

Excellent communication skills

Adaptable and quick learner
