Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail and social networking communication and management of sales. Should be capable of identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing customers. Should be focused on growth of the company. Should maintain customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationship with new and existing clients keeping in mind for future business. Communicate with operations and finance team to ensure payments and necessary documentations are received from clients before time.
