Develop viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies.
Plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
Manage relations with key clients (PSC / Government Departments / Military / Para-military orgs)
Source and develop client referrals
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in-person.
Prepare sales action plans and schedules
Develop sales proposals and contracts
Develop and make presentations of company products, and services to current and potential clients.
Negotiate with clients and follow up on sales activity.
Ensure product delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain sales activity records and reports.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
experience working in a pro-active sales environment successful cold calling experience is a must.
Qualification
High School/GED required
Post-secondary education or coursework required.
Specialist knowledge: Armored vehicle industry and new sales strategy.
Previous experience: 3 5 years of sales management experience preferably in the armored vehicle industry.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills.
