Secretary Cum Document Controller Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a young and self-motivated for a secretary cum Document Controller position.

As a Secretary, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will be a point of reference for queries, requests, and will be an integral part of the companys workforce.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: VAT report and filing Import and Export shipments

Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responding to phone calls and emails in order to keep the business operations running smoothly

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Responsible for general administrative tasks

Applicants preferably hold a Bachelors Degree and have a minimum of one to two years experience in a Secretary role.
