Procurement Engineer With Oil And Gas Construction Experience
A. BSc / BE Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
B. Minimum 8 years overseas experience as a Lead Procurement / Senior Buyer in purchasing goods and/or services within Oil and Gas industry especially in the procurement of steel and piping materials as per ADNOC requirements.
C. Able to demonstrate a complete understanding of purchasing functions, processes, procedures, and Forms.
D. Able to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team.
E. Intermediate level in purchasing technical Competencies.
F. Personal abilities of Advanced Management, Problem Solving, and Planning / Organizing / Coordinating / Controlling.
