Call Center Agent Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for Call Center Agents for one of our call center project based in Sharjah and Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Contact the customers and provide them product information.

Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes.

Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.

Researching required information using available resources.

Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Must have call center experience in U.A.E or home country.

Must have excellent communications skill
