Work Experience and key responsibilities:
✓ Preparation of P&ID.
✓ Calculation for number of Bag House's & module from capacity & Air to cloth ratio.
✓ Calculation of electric motors based on capacity, pressure and temperature.
✓ Calculation of Pressure drop in the system and selecting ID Fan for it.
✓ Calculation of duct sizes based on capacity of furnaces.
✓ Costing for various projects & prepared Techno-Commercial Offers.
✓ Submitting preliminary GA drawings & get it approved from client.
✓ To visit the client site for pre-planning of project & to finalize equipment location.
✓ Doing communication with client on phone and email.
✓ Making Bill of materials to be procured at site or at works.
✓ Preparing 2D plant Layout and according to than making other views.
✓ Making more than 1 duct route so that best possible duct route can be selected
✓ Leading the design team for preparing GA drawings & checking fabrication drawings to
supply at shop floor for fabrication.
✓ Preparing detail fabrication drawing, erection drawings, MOM etc.
✓ Following up with vendor and get deliveries on scheduled time.
✓ Making quotation for spare items, and Brought out Items.
✓ Had generated inquiry for springs, screw conveyors, and pneumatic conveyors, etc.
✓ Making Technical comparison sheet for various items like- ID FAN, Hydraulic Poker,
Furnace Panel, Transformer etc.
✓ Visited client site and did technical discussion with higher management and finalized
the order at Satyam Ispat, Assam.

the equipment location and duct route at Galwalia Ispat, Kashipur.
✓ Supervised the fabrication, installation & commissioning of Air Pollution Control system
for 15T Induction Furnace at Alpha Steel Co-Iraq.
✓ Designed Air Pollution Control System for 2 x 20T Induction furnace (Primary +
Secondary System) for United Steel Co. - Ghana. And Supervised the fabrication at site.
✓ Had visited contractor sites and carried out inspection.
✓ Using Solidworks Software to make complex part, for better understanding of team &
client.
✓ 1 month (June'21) at Assam Site for supervision of erection and commissioning of
2x15T Induction furnace Fume Extraction System (pollution system).
