Duties and Expectations
.Good team player who can work with our sales and design team to produce BOQs.
.Candidate must have 4-5 years minimum experience as Estimator / QS in Fit-out and Joinery works.
.Ability to estimate for fit out joinery and civil works.
.Review tender documents/drawings, scope of work and terms and conditions of technical and material specifications of all items.
.Analyze tender drawings, material specifications , 3D visuals and create into BOQ if not already available.
.Full analysis of rates for labor and materials (fixed and variable) and assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for BOQ items.
.Floating inquiries to suppliers and subcontractor and obtain quotes with best prices.
.Cost Estimation for all Fit-out and Joinery items.
.Preparation of required documentation for mid tender meeting with client and/or with consultant.
