Provide general administrative and clerical support including documentation (Invoicing, Agreements, Certificates, etc.), meetings.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Receptionist Task Maintain polite and professional communication via phone calls and e-mail, visitors inquiries, assisting clients and building access cards.
Assisting higher management needed such as documentations
Perform office inventory management, data entry and documentation
Prepare correspondences as instructed by Line Managers / Management.
Provides administrative support to Management on day-to-day activities including diary management, as required.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
