Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to manage the project/program priorities.
- Own the technology roadmap for the services/components that you manage.
- Facilitate and manage product POCs and feasibility checks where needed.
- Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
- Own the product roadmap with delivery and execution.
- Work with portfolio architects and engineering team to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Manage the engineering team - keep them engaged and help them grow in their careers by helping them with goals and provide opportunities for them to meet the goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree and Industry experience of 12 + years.
- 5 + Years of people management experience and proven track record of managing an engineering team.
- Expertise in Java, Spring framework, Hadoop environments - proven track record of developing and managing complex solutions using Spring boot, Bigdata (Hive, Hbase, Spark) and cloud technologies.
- Strong awareness of agile development practices.
- Proven people management expertise
- Strong design and communication skills
- Ability to do high level design and code reviews where needed.
- Strong awareness of agile development practices.
Preferred Qualification:
- Ability to do high level design and code reviews where needed. Awareness of design methodologies like UML and ability to represent a complex domain problem with a combination of usecase and collaboration diagrams.
