The complexity of this role can be challenging. We deal with huge amounts of data across our entire enterprise. Everything you work on will have implications that impact others. We\'ll provide the most up-to-date technology, but you\'ll need to provide creativity, critical thinking, and clarity on an everyday basis.

Engineering Manager will lead end-to-end software engineering teams - development, test automation, devops, and application support.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns etc, against a predefined checklist and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Execute POCs to make sure that suggested design / technologies meet the requirements.
- Possess / acquire strong troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing. Troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environments.
- Architecting with modern technology stack and Designing Public Cloud Application leveraging in AWS / Azure.
- Lead a team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve software.
- Partner with business leadership to manage user stories and project commitments in an agile framework to rapidly deliver value to our customers.
- Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible.
- Own the applications\' technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
- 12 To 15 years of Java / J2EE experience.
- IT leadership experience
- experience working with teams that leveraged two or more of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, web applications, web services, application observability and/or messaging / stream architecture.
- experience in leading multiple cross-functional teams - Solution Design, Development, Quality Engineering and Dev Ops.
- Work experience in Agile / Scrum Methodology.
- Work experience in product engineering
- Knowledge of SAFe
- Hands-on experience in production cloud (public or private)
- Hands-on in designing software solutions and architecture.
- Hands-on in using design patterns
- Hands-on knowledge in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Hands on experience in working with standard Dev Ops tools:
- Build automation tools such as Hudson, Jenkins, Travis CI or equivalent.
- Build Tools such as Maven, ANT, Gradle or equivalent.
- Source control tools such as Git, Git Hub, SVN or equivalent.
- Configuration tools such as Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Angular / ReactJS.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge in JUnit or equivalent framework.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge in PL/SQL and SQL Server / Oracle database.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of software engineering and processes: design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of US Healthcare domain, in general and data analytics applications / products in particular.
