Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day Platform Operation and PLM activities. Lead the War room bridge and follow-up with Genesys Vendor and guide/coach team.
- Identify opportunities to improve system and application performance, including automating manual system tasks.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 Or more years of experience in Genesys Voice Platform 8.x or higher.
- experience in deploying/implementing/upgrading and configuring of Genesys Components.
- Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows environments.
- Hands-on in monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and REST API (like Postman)
- Knowledge of Genesys Routing (URS/ORS, GRE, Grat)
- Knowledge of Genesys Framework 8.x including GA/GAX.
- Knowledge of Genesys Multimedia/eServices (Chat, Email and SMS), Webchat, WebRTC, Genesys Mobile Services (GMS)
- Knowledge of Genesys Outbound dialer, Callback and Voice Mail.
- Knowledge of Genesys Agent Applications (WDE(GWS)/WWE, Web RTC and Gplus Adapters)
- Knowledge of Genesys SIP Server, SIP Proxy, Feature Server.
- Knowledge of Genesys Reporting (CC Pulse +/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, PowerBI/GI2/GCXI)
- Expertise in debugging/troubleshooting/RCA of Genesys issues.
- Comfortable to work in rotational shift (5:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
