\'HL7 Interface Engineer will work on maintaining and supporting HL7 interfaces between customers, both external and internal, and Optum\'s integration platforms. Engineer will be expected to work under aggressive schedules, be self-sufficient, work within established standards, and be able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment and will be on-call as needed for critical issues.
Prod Ops - Support and Monitoring:
- Primary - Investigate Salesforce cases associated with \'Prod Ops\' queue, including issues with message processing, subscription processing, and UI issues. These are generally, the issues escalated by TIER1 team.
- Escalate issues to Tier 3 engineering as needed.
- Participate in war rooms as needed
- Analysis on the auto-generated alerts and fixing the issues identified.
- Proactive ECG Failure analysis and fixing the issues identified.
- Reprocessing AWL Inbound, Outbound and OCD failures.
- Reprocessing of suspended messages
- Support the production, pre-production and UAT deployment and perform checkouts to ensure the stability of the product.
- CDSM daily reporting
Uat
- Perform User Acceptance testing on the ODXC/ODXP/ODXI and ODXD rally user stories tagged to specific releases.
- Create and test the user stories tagged to a specific Sprint in Rally.
- Create test cases in Jira for the user stories to be tested.
- Create defects in Jira for bugs identified in testing.
- Daily status reporting in the UAT week
- Highlight roadblocks if any and ensure that the features are tested before the GO-NO GO meeting.
- Generate metrics report for the senior management.
Must have:
- HL7 version 2.x
- HL7 version 3
- CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) standards.
- Inter Systems Ensemble
- Xml
- Sqlplsql
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 + Years of Total experience in which minimum of 3 + years into HL7 and Oracle databases (SQL)
- 3 + Years of Intersystem\' s Ensemble HL7 Message Routing.
- 3 + Years of Linux experience
- 3 + Years working with in a support organization.
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals (i.e. LAN/WAN)
- Shell Scripts, and batch files
- MS Office proficiency
- Splunk and Dynatrace tools
- Soft Skills and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated success working within a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task and sense of urgency.
- Salesforce, Service Now, and Open Air experience, Wiki, Atlassian.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation if needed\'
