Your Team Real Estate team?@Fortune 100 Organisation is focused on the development of Intelligent Software applications by leveraging a vast amount of data. These applications are powered by data science and ML models. Our applications help to improve the operational efficiency of the Real Estate business domain. These enterprise solutions are deployed across all our global business markets.
Your Responsibility Drive the maintenance and support of Real Estate solutions across the globe. Responsible for the monitoring and alert handling of these solutions using advanced applications like Splunk, Dynatrace, Spotlight, Xmatters, Azure App Insights, and Azure monitoring. Resolve production Incidents within SLA Ability to debug and analyse production issues in detail across systems. Perform Problem management and RCA to proactively reduce production incidents. Responsible for Infrastructure management across Fortune 100 Organisation computes and cloud infrastructure. Fix problems, test and deploy to resolve production incidents. Work closely with Fortune 100 Organisation engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community. Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products. Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems. Follow standards and best practises to bring operational efficiencies, stability and availability of the system. Comprehend various metrics on operational dashboards and reports and take corrective actions.
Your Qualifications : Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline and experience of 2-4 years. Good knowledge in Unix systems with scripting experience in Shell, Perl or Python Good knowledge of Azure IoT Paas(IoT , event hubs, reddis, AKS, cosmos, databricks, devops , azure functions) Capability to program in at least one language, ideally C# or JAVA or NodeJs is desired. Logging and Monitoring experience designing, deploying and running systems like Splunk, ELK, New Relic or other APM solutions is an added advantage. Exposure/experience to Cloud technologies is an added advantage. Capable of technical deep-dives into code and storage with very bright, experienced engineers Good knowledge of ITSM Support processes and related tools is mandatory for the Support lead position.
