These applications are powered by data science and ML models. Our applications help to improve the operational efficiency of the Real Estate business domain. These enterprise solutions are deployed across all our global business markets.
Your Responsibilities Work with and lead a project team in developing custom Quick Base Applications You will work independently, as well as, with other developers, business analysts, and project managers. The successful candidate will interface with customer business and technical owners to understand and document business rules; gather reporting requirements; obtain access to data; propose various strategies related to data transfer; develop complex SQL queries as needed; and subsequently develop Quick Base applications or applications utilizing various business intelligence tools based on technical and functional requirements. As this is a senior position, the Quick Base Developer will work with minimal oversight and act as Subject Matter Expert on all Quick Base and data-driven applications development projects. The Senior Quick Base Developer will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional environment. Team player, ability to self manages ability to balance competing priorities. Excellent communication skills.
Your Qualifications: You hold a Bachelors / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering Minimum of Five (5) years experience as a Quick Base Developer in the Quick Base platform and the custom creation of Quick Base applications, development, and implementations. Specific expertise as a Quick Base Developer in Quick Base application design and development relating to dashboards, reports, webhooks, automations, user access control, and formulas. Outstanding Quick Base Developer business requirement gathering and analysis, process mapping, and workflow management skills. experience with 1 or more scripting languages, ideally JavaScript, Jquery and Powershell is preferred experience writing complex SQL queries and working with data tools experience documenting technical requirements and developing entity relationship diagramsSELECTIVE PREFERENCE(S): Quickbase App Builder or Expert Builder certification. Strong understanding of business process automation, data architecture, and application dashboard development across multiple applications and platforms.
