Your Qualifications
Good academic record and graduated (B.E/ B.Tech / MS / M.Tech) 3 to 7 years of total experience of which at least 3 + years in Backend engineering platform development. 3 + years of experience in Java technologies, Distributed systems and large scale application development and design. Hands on experience Kafka, Cassandra. Work with Java, Multithreading, Data Structures, Algorithm, Design Patterns and develop robust highperformance and scalable applications. Technical leadership in design, implementation and support of large scale data and analytics solutions that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable. Extremely strong technical background with the capability of being hands-on if required and earn the respect and ability to mentor top individual technical talent. Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner. Excellent interpersonal skills, good with people, ability to negotiate. Strong computer science fundamentals in Analytics, algorithms, data structures, data stores, etc. A self-motivated learner and builder with strong customer focus and obsession with quality.
