Desired Qualification: BE/BTech or ME/MTech /MS or equivalent Minimum experience 7 + years.
- 7 + Years of experience in Information Technology with expertise in Software Quality Assurance and Software Test Automation in Backend, web and client/server Applications.
- Candidate should have solid understanding and hands on experience with object oriented programming languages such as JAVA, C#, with previous experience on Agile teams especially in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development) Frameworks will be well suited for this position.
- Development experience is preferred.
- experience in testing with APIs and Webservices experience in working on cloud platform - AWS, with multiple CICD such as tools Git Hub, Docker, Kubernetes and in Python is highly desirable.
- 3 + Years hands on working knowledge of unit testing tools like Junit, NUnit and methodologies like pair programming etc, on scripting languages like Java Script, Ruby, Power Shell, Python or similar, on working knowledge with UI automation tools; Selenium and Protractor preferred.
- 3 + Years hands on working knowledge with backend API automation frameworks/tools like REST ASSURED, SOAP UI, Karate.io, POSTMAN, ReadyAPI.
- 2 + Years hands on experience performing code reviews and mentoring team members, on experience with one or more querying databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL and/or No SQL databases ( Cassandra, MongoDB etc).
- Candidate should have experience in creating pipeline in Jenkins to schedule the test execution.
- experience with actively participating in design and architecture review.
- Monitoring and analysis experience in Cloud is plus.
- Candidate should be able to improve and work within a highly advanced test automation system that supports multiple daily builds on several distinct projects and should have ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly.
