Job Description:

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the clients specifications and requirements are met and reviewing progress.

Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and sub-contractors.

Coordinating and supervising construction workers.

Oversee the selection and delivery of tools and materials.

Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.

Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

Maintaining quality control procedures

Ensuring that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.

Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.

Helping on negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
