- Professional Certifications
- Key Information Security certification, IAM product certification or cloud security certification for Azure and AWS platforms are desirable.

- This position, IAM Engineering Lead, plans and develops security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
- Direct and oversee execution of defined Information Security processes in the areas of IAM engineering.
- Participates and influence technical direction for large-scale, highly complex technical IAM initiatives and/or projects requiring integration with cloud and on-Prem hosted IT assets.
- Coordinate between IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions for cloud and on-Prem hosted applications and systems.
- Lead a team of offshore engineers, in close coordination with onsite teams across IAM architecture, engineering and management in designing and implementing new capabilities.
- Participate in design reviews working directly with customers and portfolios on the integration requirements for IAM Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Lead operational support responsibilities across multiple IAM tools, in close coordination with onsite IAM teams and IAM product vendors, to ensure 24/7 support model, across incident, problem, change, service and configuration management Meet with staff on a timely basis for the purpose of conducting performance evaluation and providing feedback. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training to develop and encourage employee performance.
- Participate in developing and implementing offshore resource plan, aligned with IT and Information Security organization needs. Actively participate in recruitment of new team members supporting expansion.
- Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results.
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in IAM engineering and operations experience, hands-on implementation, troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in management and team lead experience, in a 24/7 follow-the-sun engineering and operations onsite/offshore setup.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of modern IAM concepts and best practices.
- Expertise and experience with design and implementation of leading IAM solutions such as Ping , Sail Point, Forge Rock, Okta, and Cyber Ark - Expertise and experience with Cloud Security and IAM engineering on leading cloud platforms.
- Azure, AWS, GCP, Dev Ops and SRE operating model.
- Expertise and experience with directory services.
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory, AWS Managed Active Directory, Identity Federation protocols such as SAML2, WS-Federation, OAuth and OpenID Connect - Expertise and experience with Unix, Windows OS system and scripting skills Demonstrated understanding in formulating strategies, alternatives and recommendations in information security management.
- Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner.
- Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members and colleagues, and support leadership directives.
- BS/MS in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Services or equivalent.
