Analyst Technology Support Fortune 500 Supermarket Retailing Chain Years
Essential Responsibilities:
* Monitor, maintain, and support Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure and processes including synchronization service, portal service, managed identities, and troubleshooting workflows.
* Oversee the creation, change, and deletion of user accounts, groups, privileges, and roles within MIM and when applicable, within AD and Azure AD.
* Continually focus on identity and access continuity in relation to naming conventions, access criteria, and access integrations.
* Oversee the analysis of MIM workflows and integrations. Drive continual process improvements to ensure that our identity solutions are streamlined.
* Serve as the Microsoft Identity Management subject matter expert.
* Troubleshoot reported support issues. Conduct analysis and then determine and implement resolutions to correct MIM workflow and integration issues.
* Document standard operating procedures / user instruction / and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing.
* Create and lead training classes for identity management team.
* Write and deploy powershellscripts to make batch changes to access criteria within MIM, Azure, O365, and to improve routine support and maintenance processes.
* Document requirements, design, and implement minor identity management enhancements not to exceed 8-10 hours.
* Serve as a team member on internal access and identity projects.
* Assist with identity management access controls audit remediation tasks.
Essential / Technologies:
* experience with Microsoft Identity Management, Power Shell, Azure AD, Service Now, Active Directory, Office 365
* experience with Workday, Multi-Factor Authentication, LDAP, Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
* experience with ADFS and other Federation technologies.
Good to Have Skills / Technologies:
* Technical familiarity with implementing and supporting Cloud Technologies.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to evaluate end-user business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and then develop and implement the appropriate technical solutions.
