Accountant/Assistant Accountant/Billing Clerk.

Job Duties:

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, Delivery Order and Local Purchase.

Follow Outstanding accounts receivable

Completing purchase orders Entry

Managing Overtime on Spread Sheet

Completing bank reconciliations

Managing company ledgers With closing entries of Purchase against Payment.

Regular bank deposits

Managing day-to-day transactions

Posting daily receipts and Expenses in System.

Assist in Completing the year-end analysis.

Assist in VAT filings as per FTA UAE rules.
