Engineering Lead Security Multinational Airlines Firm 15 Years
Your responsibilities in this role:
This position plans and develops security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. Works with management and other personnel to identify security best practices and applies a risk-based approach to information security, with the following responsibilities:
-Direct and oversee execution of defined Information Security processes in the areas of IAM engineering.
-Participates and influence technical direction for large-scale, highly complex technical IAM initiatives and/or projects requiring integration with cloud and on-Prem hosted IT assets.
-Coordinate between IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions for cloud and on-Prem hosted applications and systems.
-Lead a team of offshore engineers, in close coordination with onsite teams across IAM architecture, engineering and management in designing and implementing new capabilities.
-Participate in design reviews working directly with customers and portfolios on the integration requirements for IAM.
-Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
-Lead operational support responsibilities across multiple IAM tools, in close coordination with onsite IAM teams and IAM product vendors, to ensure 24/7 support model, across incident, problem, change, service and configuration management.
-Meet with staff on a timely basis for the purpose of conducting performance evaluation and providing feedback. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training to develop and encourage employee performance.
-Participate in developing and implementing offshore resource plan, aligned with IT and Information Security organization needs. Actively participate in recruitment of new team members supporting expansion.
-Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results.
