About the Position:
Product Manager, Partner experience
This role is part of the US Marketplace team with a specific focus on building products for our partner experience. Your mission is to build a world-class omnichannel support experience for our thousands of sellers and suppliers across all Walmart businesses.
As a Product Manager on the team, you will interface with multiple functions including engineering, business, and supplier operations across geographies. You will work closely with key stakeholders on the merchandising side and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of one support platform for all our suppliers.
You will work on building the next-generation partner support platform serving all Walmart partner relationships across the globe. The goal would be to minimize partner support cost while providing a timely, relevant, and customized support experience to our partners leveraging bots, self-service knowledge bases, machine learning, and workflow engines. The two primary metrics that you would chase would be partner NPS score and minimizing the overall cost to serve the partner query traffic across all Walmart platforms.
