About the team The opportunity is for a role in the Digital Commerce and Transactions team. Our team contributes to the Global e-commerce business by providing Order Management and Order Orchestration capabilities with Omni Fulfillment experience. This team is also in journey of transforming a traditional monolith architecture to a cloud-based micro-service architecture. This team is responsible for designing OMS system and Order services that contribute to Lululemon goal to double Global e-commerce presence by 2023. A Day in the Life Analyze business requirements, Solution, Design and Implement on IBM Sterling OMS Design a solution that is scalable, adaptable and in-line with digital platform requirements, liaising effectively between IT and Business Leadership Be hands-on with Sterling Web Store and Web Call center (COM/SOM) Develop Java based extensions of Sterling OMS, Java/EE, XML, XSLT and Oracle and Middleware technologies. Partner with other technical teams (middleware, database, infrastructure, etc.), create interface documents and mappings to ensure that the OMS is built in a Service Oriented Architecture pattern. Provide L3 support for Production issues Develop Springboot Order services to integrate external systems to OMS Support a wide range of technology projects using Sterling OMS, including configurations, software development, Installation of patches and Upgrades, etc. Setup appropriate Monitoring and Alerting for OMS and Order Services platform, and associated integrations, to ensure that speed and uptime are maintained at optimal levels at all times.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field 6 + years in in developing / implementing / customizing IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Sterling Web store customizations 4 + years of experience in Solution Design 4 + years of experience developing applications using Java, Spring boot, Servlet, Java Web Services, and developing RESTful APIs using JSON, Avro Familiarity with streaming platforms (real-time data at a massive scale like Confluent Kafka) Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies is considered an asset Knowledge of Dev Ops practices (i.e, CICD) Exposure to Services, Dev Ops, Delivery. Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results. Familiar with: Git Hub, Eclipse, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Share Point, Smartsheet Excellent verbal and written communication skills experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology experience working with high transaction systems.
