This team is also in the process of transforming a traditional monolith architecture to a cloud-based micro-service architecture. A Day in the Life Lead a team of developers with varying levels of experience in a product work stream. Coach and contribute to the development of technical team members through consistent and kind guidance, mentoring and learning sessions Work closely with Solution Architects to support and drive solution implementations Support a wide range of technology projects using ATG Commerce (Oracle Commerce Platform) Continue to identify opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement Ensure your team produces software that is HA, monitorable and maintainable Collaborate with other technical teams to align on best practices and standards Identify, communicate, and coordinate changes in operational needs as a result of delivery and deployment of new features and functionality Facilitate and lead reviews of technical designs and code with members of the technical team Provide L3 support for Production issues and Prepare system for Peak performance scaling.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field At least 4 + year experience as Technical Lead 7 + years experience developing applications using Java, Servlet, Java Web Services, and developing RESTful APIs using JSON, 4 + years experience designing solutions in an e-commerce platform such as ATG (Oracle Commerce),Commerce tools, Elastic Path, Hybris etc. Familiarity with streaming platforms (real-time data at a massive scale like Confluent Kafka) Hands-on working experience with AWS cloud technologies and platforms are considered an asset experience in building and deployingATG application to stage and production. Familiarity and understanding of Dev Ops - CICD Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results. Familiar with: Git Hub, Eclipse, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Share Point, Smartsheet Excellent verbal and written communication skills Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology experience working with high transaction systemsWe are all leaders, committed to growth and results.
