What drives success for this role:
3 + Years of experience managing a team of front-end and/or full stack engineers.
5 + Years of experience working with Front-end technologies or backend technologies ideally in fast paced.
Environments.
experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
experience in Java and/or Java Script, Type Script, React, Redux.
experience in Microservices, Application Programming Interfaces (API) and RDBMS.
Have a good understanding of REST architecture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a bias towards action.
Mentor team members, contribute to architecture decisions and ability to conduct insightful code reviews.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
