Job Summary
This post is for hiring an Indian Cook, he'll be heading the position just below the Chef. He should be able to cook all Indian, Chinese, North Indian and South Indian Cuisine Should be good in all non veg & Veg specials, south & North Indian Break-fast and tiffin items, Biriyanis, Roti, Chapatti etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
You'll be responsible for all the preparation and presentation for Cuisine as per schedule and have to work on shift basis (As usually happens in Hotel Industry).
Deli bite is a Multi cuisine Catering.
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Qualifications and Skills
No qualification is needed, just an experience of minimum 3 years will work and the candidate will be hired after a trial. Additional Duties:
