To bring business, making Quotation, BOQ, participating in Tender and procedures, arranging agreements, documentations for Construction and Transport mainly Dubai, Fujairah.
Knowledge in Renting, Heavy Equipment, Earthworks, Excavation.
Knowledge about the prices/UAE markets.
Meeting with new and existing customers and backfilling.
Searching for sub-contracts for construction, getting Quotation for price comparison.
Meeting with the consultant.
Follow up and communication with consultant with all the drawings, Layout, plan, artworks, letter of agreements.
Can handle projects.
Maintain a file and record for suppliers and vendors list.
Should handle all Government portals.
Should have driving license.
Can handle pressure and can work independently.
Good Team leader and flexible.
experience at least 5 years
Should work all-round as required
