Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising the repairs.

RERA registered.

Updating and communicating for new inquiries for all vacant units residential, warehouse, labor camps, shops etc.

Have knowledge about the contract renewal, new contract procedure, leasing procedure.

Applying online transaction, well known in any Government application (Rera)

Cheque and payment collection follow up on bounce Cheque, documents verifying of new tenant.

Making summary report Daily, Weekly, Monthly and reporting directly to MD.

Supervising and updating report for our building maintenance team.

Taking care of Move in and Move out process.

Enforces occupancy policies and procedures. Well known the Rera policies and procedures.

Should have at least 5 years experience on the same field.

Should join immediately.

Should degree attested.

With driving license.
