We are hiring for a Facility/Maintenance Engineer for our Real Estate company located in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing maintenance contract based on property requirements.
Preparing maintenance plans and requirements based on maintenance contracts.
Preparing and developing weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and service department; Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Preparing weekly maintenance checklist including all dates, material, tests and resources needed.
Documenting operation and maintenance manuals.
Responding to on-call service requests and issuing works orders.
Traveling to client/tenant locations for equipment and/or maintenance related inspection.
Diagnosing, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
Ensuring service reports are completed on a regular basis.
Coordinating with various departments for the proper planning and execution of maintenance and service work.
Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status and progress.
Conforming to quality system procedures and requirements.
Continuously improving the operation, maintenance and service department.
Proving technical support and training on new equipment.
Ensuring proper site health and safety measures are taken.
