6. Requirements

Daily Invoicing

Handling cash and cheque payments

To maintain up-to-date files for all payments.

Daily Bank Reconciliation

Posting journal entries

Paying monthly payroll

Handling VAT return filing and VAT payments.

Good knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.

Good knowledge of accounting principles

Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Finalization of Accounts

Fluent in English and Hindi
