Must have an adept understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, POS system, encoding etc.)

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Organizing the display, checking the shelves stock and replenishing when necessary.

Welcoming and assisting customers to the store and answering their queries.

Fast in processing of the payment via card or cash.

Knowledge of issuing changes due receipts or refunds to customers.

Handling returns of merchandise.

Checking all items before display.

Making the inventory of the stocks and ordering and receiving orders when necessary.

Preparing daily sales report.

Preparing monthly inventory and sales report.
