Should be fluent in reading writing and speaking English.

Should have knowledge in Ms.Word, Excel, preparing bills and basic computer operations.

Be honest, hardworking and smart enough to manage laundry operations.

Duties:

Answer all incoming calls and handle them professionally. Note down details and forward it to the concerned pickup delivery staff.

Prepare laundry bills and maintain log list of paid and unpaid bills.

Check quality of pressed clothes and pack them according to customer bills.

Coordinate with pickup delivery staff and manage laundry operations efficiently.
