Title: Senior IAM Developer
Overview: Fortune 100 Leading Giant Information Security is looking for a customer-experience obsessed technical leader to develop and implement our growing capabilities in Identity and Access Management. This role will be accountable for requirements of Identity and Access Management related solutions, deliver. The ideal candidate is an integrator of people, processes, and technology, a thought leader, a problem solver, an operational support leader, and has a strong knowledge of security best practices and security technologies.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated aptitude in information security and specifically within Identity and Access Management; with a broad breadth of experience in the consumer or retail domain. We are looking for someone who can act like an entrepreneur to engage at the pace of innovation and be courageous with their point of view to ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
This candidate will help us:
· Identify system and process gaps, construct project proposals and deploy solutions through security best practices.
· Design, integrate, and support IAM tools and processes.
· Collaborate and develop toward platform version upgrades and patching.
· Developed custom workflows, custom rules, custom forms.
· Implement role engineering and RBAC.
· Develop consumption of Web Services APIs (JSON / XML / RPC).
· Analyze requests to adequately assess risk and best practices to define acceptable solutions, aligning business and security requirements.
· Document process, standards, and guidelines.
· Help develop and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.
Qualifications:
1) Identity and Access Management and/or Security Certifications.
2) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
3) experience with SSO/MFA, Identify Governance, AD/LDAP, and PAM solutions.
4) Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
5) Java development experience and scripting (shell)
6) Excellent documentation and communication skills.
