General Foreman Civil Site Supervisor And Skilled Unskilled Labour

We are seeking for General Foreman / Civil Site Supervisor and Skilled/Unskilled labors.

Ideally a good site supervisor who has experience working on commercial fit out projects for a Tier 1-2 contractor.

Must be able to:

Monitor site progress

Monitor compliance and quality against drawings and specifications.

Enforce site safety regulations and practices.

Record employee and sub-contractor attendance.

Able to interpret shop drawings

Must be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.

Have knowledge of standard Dubai building codes and building practices.

Have knowledge off machinery and tools

Knowledge of trades

Good organizational skills

Having a trade would be an advantage. Electrician, carpenter, plumber etc.
