Job Description :

Travelling daily to provide customer test drives and/or final customer delivery.

Ensuring high adherence to SOP and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and delivering a high empathy quotient.

Important KPIs: High customer NPS (feedback score), high number of deliveries.

2-3 Years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.

Strong business acumen and Knowledge of used car industry.

Strong technical expertise in the understanding of engine, parts/ components, and everything technical.

Valid UAE Driving license.
