Responsibilities
Investigating health-related complaints and cases of ill health Greet customers, offer assistance, and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards Skills.
Conduct health and safety training courses for students.
Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
experience assisting customers with training assessment and developing training plans.
Skills
NEBOSH, first aid, fire safety qualifications (preferably HABC or any other accredited certifications), and others (ISO related as well)
experience selling training services
Good Communication skill
At least 3 years of experience working in the same industry.
Must have experience in training and selling experience.
