- Drive sales through phone calls, Whatsapp or emails.
-Superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
-Having experience handling large volume of customer calls and messages.
-The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
-Interact with customers to provide knowledgeable answers to question on inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
-Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.
-Data entry in various platforms
-Maximizing sales and service through exceptional customer service.
-Work towards customer delight and customer satisfaction.
-Managing large amounts of calls inbound and outbound.
-Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
-Ensure customer service standards of the customer service counter as per company\'s standards.
Requirements:
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
-Experienced in a customer service role will be a plus.
-A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
-The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
