Tasks

* The general worker will support the logistic and administrative activities of the pavilion.

* Assisting on carrying packages of shipments. Loading and unloading.

* General works of small random maintenance activities.

* Escorting guest and VIP visitors on request.

* Assisting in replacing attendants if needed.

* They will present the state as a good will ambassadors.

* They will act and behave in good manner, polite and in patience approach during all time with no exclusion what so ever.

* Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. And computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.

Criteria

* Knowledge on general office operation.

* Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position.

* Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.

* Working knowledge of office devices and processes.

* Excellent communication skills

* Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

* High school diploma
